About the role
- Develop and enhance backend applications in Java (Spring Boot)
- Design and implement APIs following an API-first approach
- Build and support microservices
- Ensure application quality, performance, resilience, and scalability
- Model and integrate data using MongoDB
- Work in cloud environments on AWS
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- Participate in architecture decisions and the technical evolution of the ecosystem
- Provide technical support to the team, promoting development best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
- Solid experience building APIs (API-first)
- Experience with MongoDB
- Experience working in AWS environments
- Experience with Kubernetes and deployment tools (e.g., ArgoCD)
- Knowledge of development best practices (clean code, testing, etc.)
- High level of autonomy and ability to solve complex problems
