About the role
- Support standardizing, training, and rolling out agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum and Kanban) at scale within the Systems organization, using the BusinessMap tool.
Requirements
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
- Experience coaching teams and/or leading organizational transformation.
- Knowledge of change management and organizational culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and the ability to facilitate complex conversations.
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, KMP, ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist, etc.)
