About the role
- Plan, execute and document functional and automated tests.
- Ensure the quality of deliveries in agile environments.
- Report and track bug fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and the Product Owner (PO) to improve processes.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in manual and automated testing.
- Knowledge of Recruitment and Selection processes.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Knowledge of AI: theory and practice of LLMs — multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of Recruitment and Selection: stages of the processes (sourcing/attraction, screening, recruitment, selection and onboarding), particularly regarding governance and project structuring (how the process is organized).
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with performance and security testing.
- Knowledge of Python or n8n is a plus.
