About the role
- As a Champion, you accompany and support our clients end-to-end and serve as the direct point of contact for our Scrum teams.
- You reconcile customer requirements with the needs of the team, analyze challenges, and work with the team to develop tailored solutions.
- You participate in the internal community to help achieve overarching strategic company objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
- Completed university degree in Digital Business, Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent German and English, both at a business-fluent level
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and agile software development
- A committed team-player with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- An agile mindset and the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
- Quick to grasp new concepts and an effective communicator, including in customer-facing contexts
