About the role
- Responsible for organizing and leading the shared-living (WG) team
- In charge of managing the WG duty/shift schedule
- Maintaining contact with providers, partners, and physicians
- Organizing and conducting team meetings for professional exchange
- Reliably conveying information from the nursing management to the team
- Maintaining close contact with the leadership level

Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), nurse, or geriatric nurse, or specialization as a critical care/anesthesia nurse (m/f/d)
- Experience in out-of-hospital intensive care
- Completion of a basic course in out-of-hospital mechanical ventilation
- Leadership experience desirable
