About the role
- Together with your team, you provide care for people with intensive nursing needs
- Your duties include treatment-related nursing tasks such as tracheostomy tube changes and endotracheal suctioning, as well as standard basic care
- You implement medical orders and monitor vital signs, ventilation, and emotional changes in the clients entrusted to you
- You work in an interdisciplinary team with all parties involved in the care process (nursing staff, physicians, therapists, nursing management, hospitals, and family members)
