About the role
- Responsible for organizing and leading the shared apartment (WG) team
- Responsible for managing the WG duty roster
- Maintain contact with providers, cooperation partners, and physicians
- Organize and conduct team meetings for professional exchange
- Reliably communicate information from nursing management to the team
- Maintain close contact with senior management
- Serve as a point of contact for team concerns
Requirements
- Qualification as a registered nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), nurse, or geriatric nurse, or specialization as a nurse in anesthesia and intensive care
- Experience in out-of-hospital intensive care
- Completion of a basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation
- Leadership experience desirable
