About the role
- You work independently with a dedicated team in the region to establish and provide our 1:1 care
- Basic and treatment nursing (e.g., oxygen and medication administration, injections, suctioning, PEG care, inhalation and respiratory therapy, and patient monitor monitoring)
- Nursing/care documentation
- Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
- Communication with patients' relatives and family members
- Emergency management
Requirements
- You are a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) — any specialty or general nursing qualification
- Basic training in out-of-hospital ventilation is desirable
- No experience in out-of-hospital intensive care yet? No problem — we will enable you to complete the basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation during your onboarding
- You have empathy and compassion: you treat our patients and their families with sensitivity
- You are a team player: you enjoy and work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
- You are flexible: you are willing to be deployed in the above-mentioned facilities and shared living arrangements and can adapt to changing working conditions and the varying needs of our patients
- You work independently: you can act autonomously and responsibly, particularly in the home environment of our patients
