About the role
- Responsible for organizing and leading the residential/shared-apartment (WG) team
- Responsible for managing the unit's duty roster/schedule
- Maintaining contacts with providers, cooperation partners and physicians
- Organizing and conducting team meetings for professional exchange
- Reliable communication of information from nursing management to the team
- Close coordination with senior management
- Point of contact for team concerns
Requirements
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, nurse, geriatric nurse) or Specialist Nurse for Anesthesia and Intensive Care (m/f/d)
- Experience in out-of-hospital / outpatient intensive care
- Completion of a basic course in out-of-hospital mechanical ventilation
- Leadership/management experience is desirable
