About the role
- As Area Manager for outpatient intensive care, you are the primary point of contact for your staff
- Personnel management, including duty roster/schedule planning
- Client administration
- Maintaining relationships with payers and providers
- Close collaboration with the Director of Nursing
- Regular communication with all stakeholders involved in the care process
- Part of a team that continuously evaluates and adapts our quality standards
- Workplace in the office as well as regular client contact during care visits and in shared residential arrangements
Requirements
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse, Nurse, Geriatric Nurse or Specialist Nurse in Anesthesia and Intensive Care (m/f/d)
- Professional nursing experience in intensive care
- Leadership/management experience
- Completed further training: Nursing Service Management (240 hours), Nursing Expert in Outpatient Intensive Care
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
