About the role
- Personnel management, including duty roster planning

Requirements
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), nurse, or geriatric nurse, or as a specialist nurse for anesthesia and intensive care (m/f/d)
- Practical nursing experience in the intensive care setting
- Leadership/management experience
- Completed further training: Nursing Service Management (240 hours), Nursing Expert in Out-of-Hospital Intensive Care
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
