About the role
- Responsibility for organization and leadership of the shared-apartment (WG) team
- Responsible for WG duty roster management
- Maintain contacts with providers, cooperation partners and physicians
- Organize and conduct team meetings for professional exchange
- Reliable communication of information from nursing management to the team
- Close contact with upper management
- Point of contact for team concerns
- High empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Open ear for staff conversations
Requirements
- Qualification as a registered nurse (Health and Nursing Professional), nurse, or geriatric nurse, or specialization as a nurse for anesthesia and intensive care
- Experience in out-of-hospital intensive care
- Completion of a basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation
- Leadership experience desirable
