Requirements
- Initial sales experience (1–2 years), ideally selling more complex technical products.
- Willingness and motivation to acquire technical knowledge about heat pumps in order to advise customers competently.
- You are communicative, personable, and a true team player.
- You have strong self-motivation, enjoy achieving targets, and approach every conversation with enthusiasm.
- You have a hands-on mentality — you roll up your sleeves and work together with your team.
