About the role

  • Independently manage the entire recruiting process (end-to-end)
  • Create and publish job postings on relevant channels
  • Active sourcing across various platforms and networks
  • Screen and pre-select applications and conduct initial interviews
  • Professionally pre-qualify candidates in close coordination with the departments and management
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Maintain and further develop applicant databases
  • Serve as point of contact for applicants throughout the application process
  • Contribute to the optimization of recruiting strategies and processes

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Excellent knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools
  • Experience in active sourcing and candidate outreach, ideally in the skilled trades sector
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills, discretion and a confident demeanor
