Requirements

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • 1 year clinical experience including program development, problem behaviors and service delivery settings.
  • Experience managing a caseload and supervising a clinical team.
  • Skills in monitoring client progress, providing parent training, and making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Ability to conduct assessments and develop tailored ABA programs.
  • Experience completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans.
  • Participation in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
