About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple concurrent Yardi implementation, upgrade, optimization, and consulting projects
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and success criteria
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation
Establish project governance, meeting cadence, escalation paths, and clear ownership of project deliverables
Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual scope, agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget expectations
Manage project closeout activities
Serve as the primary project management contact for assigned clients
Build trusted relationships with client executives and project sponsors
Lead internal and external project meetings
Communicate complex project information clearly and appropriately to both technical and non-technical audiences
Identify, document, and resolve conflicts and project concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years of project management experience
Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full implementation lifecycle
Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other Real Estate ERP’s
Experience managing client-facing ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, data conversion, or optimization projects
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, change control, budget management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Experience working with executives, project sponsors, functional business leaders, consultants, developers, and third-party vendors
Demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate practical solutions
Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with clients and internal teams
