About the role

  • - Providing full support to Promo Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining promo campaigns;
  • - Assisting in daily operations: setup file preparation, campaigns creation, maintaining trackers, etc.;
  • - Becoming an expert in using our Back Office, Client Area and Tableu systems;
  • - Supporting promotional planning alongside Promo Managers;
  • - Provide customer support via Jira tickets;
  • - Assist in creating tasks for copywriter and promo designer.

Requirements

  • - Previous experience working in the iGaming industry: Customer support, Casino Coordinator, or Compliance Coordinator;
  • - Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite;
  • - Proven professional proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of any other languages would be an asset;
  • - High communication skills, the ability to organize a day-to-day task, a willingness to learn, and a curious mind are a must-have.
