About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle user support tickets;
Assist with registrations and maintenance of the E-Commerce platform (VTEX);
Assist with IT systems support for business areas according to their needs;
Provide support, maintenance, configuration/parameterization and development of internal and third-party E-Commerce systems;
Monitor individual tests and participate in the deployment of developed systems;
Assist in transforming data into information to generate insights and identify opportunities;
Work on VTEX configuration and with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React and TypeScript.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Computer Engineering or a related field;
Expected graduation in the second half of 2027 or later;
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM;
Interest in VTEX;
Experience or knowledge in customer service via online store chat (commercial, financial and Shared Services Center - SSC areas);
Knowledge of marketplace customer service (SAC);
Knowledge of sales and digital marketing.
