About the role

  • Manage second-level support tickets, including corrective, preventive, and enhancement requests;
  • Perform analyses and configurations in the SAP environment;
  • Specify process and system requirements (SAP ecosystem, primarily SAP ERP) and monitor business processes;
  • Maintain and improve the ERP systems platform;
  • Handle incidents and production issues;
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users.

Requirements

  • Education: University student in Technology or Business Administration with expected graduation in the first semester of 2027 or later.
  • Required: Availability to intern from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, and Slides);
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • Understanding of business processes;
  • Interest in and ongoing studies related to the field will be an advantage.
