What you’ll need

Degree in a technical or business-related field
Further qualification as a Meister in electrical engineering or in construction/road construction, or an equivalent degree
Several years' professional experience in line/utility construction
Proven leadership skills
Knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures), contract law, and claims/change order management
Negotiation-level (business fluent) English
Respectful leadership style, open communication, a constructive error culture, and mutual trust
