What you’ll need

You’re on track to graduate in **Fall 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026**.
You’re pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a **quantitative field** such as data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related discipline.
You have a strong foundation in **statistical concepts** and a working knowledge of **machine learning** techniques.
You have experience working with **real-world data**, whether through coursework, research, or internships, and can extract meaningful insights from messy datasets.
You enjoy solving business problems just as much as building models and always seek to understand the "why" behind the data.
You're proficient** in Python** (or R, though we prefer Python), and can efficiently code, analyze, and visualize data.
Prior experience in **fast-paced, analytics-driven environments**, such as internships, research, or intensive coursework (Preferred Qualification).
Confidence in **building models from the ground up**, rather than relying solely on existing templates or notebooks (Preferred Qualification).
Strong **communication skills**, with the ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant insights for diverse audiences (Preferred Qualification).
