About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research VCs and angel investors, prepare pitches, maintain CRM and manage follow-ups
Handle taxes and invoices, budgets, funding paperwork, and lab and office supplies
Manage everything from accelerator applications to day-to-day operations
Design lean processes for daily operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Clear written and spoken English
German (minimum level C1)
Proven organizational skills: you are orderly and proficient with, among others, MS Office, Notion, OneDrive, LinkedIn
Proactive problem-solver: you identify and resolve bottlenecks before they reach the founder's desk
Eagle eye for details (we will test this)
Nice-to-haves: basic biotech terminology, Illustrator/Canva/Figma, experience with German bureaucracy, background in finance/business/business administration (BWL)
