Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with IT and the 2Life Opus team, helping with configuration and rollout of a new EHR platform, providing critical care plans and guidance.
Supporting the Programs and Volunteer managers with volunteer scheduling and tracking, event management.
Administering and supporting the Dining and staff using shift tracking and POS software.
Responsible for extracting and synthesizing data from the EHR System to build "self-service" reports used in all areas of the organization.
Helping to develop and train end users in the nuances of using and managing data.
Develop operations dashboards for each Opus department based on KPIs.

What you’ll need

2+ years experience managing an ERP system, working with end users to make the system as streamlined as possible
Comfort with creating and meeting the reporting needs of staff and senior management.
Excellent organization and project management skills.
Experience working in a collaborative group setting, both in person and remote
Great communication skills and the ability to capture team consensus within the organization
Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and with a team, with a well-defined mission
Being a self-starter who proactively identifies and resolves issues.
