About the role

  • Maintain server and network infrastructure to ensure optimized and reliable operation;
  • Create and manage VMs (VMware/Xen), performing capacity and hardware analysis;
  • Configure telecom hardware (E1 cards: Digium/Sangoma/Khomp) and SIP protocols;
  • Maintain AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments with a focus on security and cost optimization;
  • Develop scripts to automate and optimize internal processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Linux, PHP, and networking;
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware or Xen);
  • Knowledge of telephony: Asterisk, wired telephony (ISDN and R2), and IP telephony (SIP);
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and migration best practices;
  • Experience configuring firewall rules;
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday during business hours and to work night shifts when required.
