บริหารและติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการก่อสร้างและต่อเติมสาขา 24 Garage
ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการทำงานของ Project Coordinator ให้จัดทำเอกสารและลงข้อมูลในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง
วางแผนและติดตามงบประมาณโครงการ (รายรับ–รายจ่าย / Cash Flow) ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
ตรวจสอบรายงานความคืบหน้าและคุณภาพงานก่อสร้างจากทีม Site Engineer
ประสานงานร่วมกับ Construction Manager เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานและเร่งรัดความคืบหน้าโครงการ
วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาในส่วนการเงิน เช่น การจ่ายเงินล่าช้า หรือการบริหารงบไม่ตรงตามแผน
ดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในแต่ละโครงการ พร้อมเข้าช่วยสื่อสารหรือ “เข้าชาร์จ” เมื่อต้องการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
สรุปสถานะโครงการรายสัปดาห์ และเสนอรายงานให้ผู้บริหารทราบ
ออกหน้างานเป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อประเมินความคืบหน้าและคุณภาพงาน

Requirements

What you’ll need

เพศชายหรือหญิง
อายุ 30–40 ปี
วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขา วิศวกรรมโยธา (Civil Engineer) หรือ สถาปัตยกรรม (Architect)
มีประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการก่อสร้าง / ต่อเติม / Renovation อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
มีความเข้าใจขั้นตอนก่อสร้างอาคารพาณิชย์ / งานต่อเติม และงานระบบพื้นฐาน
สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet เพื่อจัดการข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์งบประมาณได้ดี
มีทักษะการประสานงาน การสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง คิดเชิงระบบ และทำงานได้หลายโครงการพร้อมกัน
ทำงานวันจันทร์–เสาร์ (หยุดวันอาทิตย์)
