About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate healthcare operations plans for quality, accuracy, and practical feasibility
- Review clinical-service coordination and delivery scenarios
- Assess staffing, capacity, scheduling, service delivery, workforce plans, and personnel-management decisions
- Review healthcare budgets, operating assumptions, resource allocation, and financial implications
- Evaluate healthcare policies, compliance processes, administrative requirements, documentation, oversight, escalation, and compliance controls
- Review patient records, health information, documentation, administrative data, and records-management workflows
- Evaluate programme plans, operational initiatives, performance-improvement recommendations, objectives, milestones, budgets, implementation considerations, and performance measures
- Compare alternative healthcare-management responses based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility
- Review healthcare-management work products and provide concise, evidence-based written feedback
- Apply evaluation standards consistently across assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a closely related role
- Experience as a Healthcare Operations Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or similar healthcare-management professional
- Demonstrated experience directing or coordinating medical and health services
- Relevant experience within hospitals, clinics, managed care organisations, public health agencies, or comparable healthcare settings
- Strong experience with staffing, budgeting, compliance, records management, and programme planning
- Ability to evaluate healthcare operations from both clinical-service and administrative perspectives
- Strong operational judgement and attention to detail
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide precise professional feedback
- Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, patient, or other third party
- H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
