Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of relevant professional legal experience
  • Experience as an Attorney, Lawyer, Counsel, General Counsel, Prosecutor, or closely related legal practitioner
  • Experience representing clients in civil and/or criminal proceedings
  • Strong experience drafting legal documents or advising on legal transactions
  • Practical understanding of litigation strategy, statutory interpretation, legal research, and client advisory work
  • Ability to assess legal arguments, precedent application, and drafting quality
  • Strong analytical judgement and attention to legal detail
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and provide precise professional feedback
  • Availability of 20+ hours per week
  • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, law firm, institution, or other third party
  • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
