About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contractual and regulatory support for EU/US-focused digital asset products and funds.
- Participation in compliance processes (AML, KYC, MiCA/SEC licensing).
- Legal research on EU and US developments (MiCA, SEC decisions, digital asset regulation).
- Collaboration with internal teams (Legal, Product, Operations) and external law firms.
- Documentation and reporting on regulatory issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed law degree (LL.M., Master's or J.D.)
- Relevant academic work
- Professional background (dissertation/master's thesis on banking, capital markets, financial law, tokenization, digital assets or the fund industry)
- Initial professional experience (internships, early practical experience) OR specific experience in one of the areas mentioned
- Strong interest in EU and US law (e.g., MiCA, SEC regulation, digital asset compliance)
- Analytical thinking
- Structured working style and team-player mindset
- Fluent German and English
