About the role
- Updates the Director of HR on Mentorship Program efforts
- Brainstorms, develops, and implements innovative ways to improve company mentorship
- Monitors the Mentorship Program in coordination with the Director of HR through the use of surveys and one-on-one interviews for continuous evaluation of the program
- Works closely with Human Resources and division Ops support
- Coordinates with Division Leadership to identify potential mentors
- Educates and trains mentors and mentees
- Follow-ups with mentors/mentees as required
- Continuously updates program materials
- Provides Mentorship Program updates as required
Requirements
- Working knowledge of 2 Circle Inc.’s organizational practices and commitment to employee growth.
- Passion for improving employee’s work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products
