Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of professional software development experience with some knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database
you know how you learn, and you learn quickly: you're comfortable picking up new concepts, technologies, and codebases, and you don't need everything handed to you before you can get started
you take real ownership of your assigned work: you follow through, flag problems early, and hold a high bar for what "done" means
you write clean, well-tested, well-documented code and you understand why those things matter in a production environment
you're a strong collaborator: you communicate clearly, ask good questions, and work well with teammates across engineering, product, and design
you're curious about how agentic AI tools fit into your own development workflow and you use them thoughtfully
