About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build an engagement strategy that supports awareness and adoption of 1Password's developer tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in technical roles including software or platform engineering, community management, support, solution engineering, or other fields.
  • Experience engaging in sensitive and complex community situations, in public online and in person, with humility, empathy, judgment, tact, and humor.
  • A clear written and verbal communication style.
  • Proven experience organizing in person and online events, asynchronous projects, or long-running cross-functional efforts.
  • Experience listening for insights, requests, and opportunities in technical conversations, compiling those insights into actionable feedback, and advocating for it to be implemented within your organization.
