Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in technical roles including software or platform engineering, developer advocacy, solution engineering, or other fields
3+ years crafting educational content and experiences for developers, including hands-on tutorials, documentation, written best practices, conference presentations, instructor-led workshops or labs
Exceptional skills at written and verbal communication
Proven collaborations with the teams building the content platform
Experience using data to optimize documentation, evaluate content strategy, identify content gaps, drive traffic, and generate engagement
Experience collaborating with technical product marketing, social teams, customer support, SMEs
