Key responsibilities & impact

analyze how our customers experience 1Password with the Analytics team
work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and Design
support feature measurement, build reports, and help the business make data-informed decisions
learn alongside experienced practitioners and develop a foundation in analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience working with data in an analytics, BI, or product context
Working knowledge of SQL, with a growing ability to write and troubleshoot queries independently
Familiarity with clickstream and behavioral event tracking tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
Experience building or contributing to dashboards in a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
A developing ability to conduct, interpret, and communicate diagnostic analysis
Some exposure to A/B or A/A testing concepts and how they're used to measure product changes
Attention to detail and good instincts around data quality
Able to clearly communicate progress, blockers, and findings to teammates and stakeholders
Comfortable seeking out help, asking clarifying questions, and partnering with others to solve problems
Nice to have: beginner-level Python or R, familiarity with event taxonomy or instrumentation design, exposure to SaaS or Enterprise product environments
Nice to have: Familiarity with modern AI or BI tools (Omni, Claude, Dust, Hex, or similar)
