About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- analyze how our customers experience 1Password with the Analytics team
- work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and Design
- support feature measurement, build reports, and help the business make data-informed decisions
- learn alongside experienced practitioners and develop a foundation in analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience working with data in an analytics, BI, or product context
- Working knowledge of SQL, with a growing ability to write and troubleshoot queries independently
- Familiarity with clickstream and behavioral event tracking tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Experience building or contributing to dashboards in a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- A developing ability to conduct, interpret, and communicate diagnostic analysis
- Some exposure to A/B or A/A testing concepts and how they're used to measure product changes
- Attention to detail and good instincts around data quality
- Able to clearly communicate progress, blockers, and findings to teammates and stakeholders
- Comfortable seeking out help, asking clarifying questions, and partnering with others to solve problems
- Nice to have: beginner-level Python or R, familiarity with event taxonomy or instrumentation design, exposure to SaaS or Enterprise product environments
- Nice to have: Familiarity with modern AI or BI tools (Omni, Claude, Dust, Hex, or similar)
