About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop deep customer empathy through interviews, research, and data analysis
- Work closely with your counterparts in development and design to scope and deliver impactful features
- Assist in gathering new evidence of problems in the customer base and market
- Represent Product Management in various meetings such as agile ceremonies
- Perform research on competition and trends as needed
- Use and help mature the implementation of our Product Management processes and tooling, particularly with AI

- Bonus points for:
- - Experience writing and refining detailed requirements.
- - An understanding of general technologies, coding tools, and leveraging AI
- - Exposure to Pragmatic Marketing or other Product Management frameworks.
- - Personal experience using 1Password (or other password managers).
