Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience in Emerging Talent, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, or Early Careers
Proven ability to manage full-cycle early-career hiring across multiple functions
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby and BrightHire)
A track record of planning and executing on campus and virtual recruiting events
Genuine curiosity about AI and its applications in recruiting
Strong interpersonal skills
A data mindset to use metrics for process improvement
A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and adaptability
