About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus primarily on generating and qualifying outbound leads
- Proactively prospect into new accounts, identifying and nurturing business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives and others to achieve shared goals
- Build and improve your skills in pipeline generation
- Deepen your understanding of our product through onboarding and ongoing support from managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
- You have one or more years of experience in sales pipeline generation
- You are motivated, driven, and focused on achieving and exceeding targets
- You value teamwork and actively engage in knowledge sharing
- You embrace feedback and continuously seek learning opportunities
- You are naturally curious and quick to adapt
- You are proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools
- You have strong organisation and time management skills
