About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focus primarily on generating and qualifying outbound leads
  • Proactively prospect into new accounts, identifying and nurturing business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives and others to achieve shared goals
  • Build and improve your skills in pipeline generation
  • Deepen your understanding of our product through onboarding and ongoing support from managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
  • You have one or more years of experience in sales pipeline generation
  • You are motivated, driven, and focused on achieving and exceeding targets
  • You value teamwork and actively engage in knowledge sharing
  • You embrace feedback and continuously seek learning opportunities
  • You are naturally curious and quick to adapt
  • You are proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools
  • You have strong organisation and time management skills
