About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver net-new self-serve experiences that drive expansion, activation, engagement, and experimentation.
Partner closely with product, design, and data to define hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment plans.
Build high-quality, secure, and performant features that balance growth goals with enterprise trust.
Contribute to experimentation infrastructure (feature flags, event schemas, reporting loops) and improve our internal growth motions.
Review code, share knowledge, and foster a supportive, feedback-friendly team culture.
Support junior engineers and interns by providing technical guidance and pairing.
Deliver work that directly impacts measurable customer outcomes and business growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
Experience building backend services in a modern language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
Experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing web applications.
Experience designing and integrating backend systems, including APIs, event-driven workflows, and data models that enable reliable cross-service communication.
Comfort working in fast iteration cycles and using data to inform decisions.
Strong collaboration skills and curiosity - growth is a cross-functional discipline.
