About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the success of a team of BDRs across a defined segment
- Lead both inbound and outbound efforts equally
- Build a robust sales pipeline and develop talent within the sales organization
- Serve as the primary on-site leader for Austin-based BDRs
- Foster a high-performing office environment while supporting daily team needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales
- Minimum of 2 years managing BDR/SDR teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Demonstrated ability to guide and inspire a team
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams that achieve targets and drive pipeline growth
- Collaborative approach to achieve shared goals
- Openness to continuous learning and improvement
