Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales
  • Minimum of 2 years managing BDR/SDR teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and inspire a team
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams that achieve targets and drive pipeline growth
  • Collaborative approach to achieve shared goals
  • Openness to continuous learning and improvement
