About the role
- Execute territory assignments and ownership updates in Salesforce
- Apply established rules of engagement to ensure accurate account and opportunity ownership
- Support territory changes related to new hires, leaves of absence, and organizational shifts
- Maintain account hierarchies in accordance with defined standards
- Monitor and report on territory data accuracy and routing integrity
- Prepare data inputs and reporting to support territory modeling and coverage analysis
- Assist with quarterly book adjustments and segmentation updates
- Maintain documentation related to territory processes and guidelines
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
- Experience working with Salesforce data and reporting
- Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables
- Understanding of sales funnel stages and ownership logic
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and communicate clearly
