About the role

  • lead and empower a strong development team for the Authentication Experience
  • coordinate activities such as cycle planning, design reviews, and project planning
  • responsible for hiring and coaching world-class talent
  • make it easier for users to get started with 1Password

Requirements

  • +3 years experience in a role managing a team of software engineers
  • significant hands-on development experience in the app space
  • 1+ years of experience working in the authentication and identity domain
  • understanding of authentication standards and protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, WebAuthn, passkeys, MFA)
  • successfully coordinated and delivered large scale projects
  • ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment
  • capability to drive the delivery of projects and create roadmaps for future work
