Lead the development, testing and debugging of new and existing composable design system components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or stakeholders to understand product requirements.
Align technical decisions with project goals and user requirements.
Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development that includes building web components with Typescript and React.
passion for communication and collaboration with strong skills demonstrated in working effectively with teams
ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners
continuous learning and sharing knowledge
mentoring developers through pair programming and giving feedback
