About the role
- Serve as the primary analytics partner to GTM leadership
- Deliver high-impact analyses and dashboards
- Define, govern, and track GTM key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Write optimized Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, build and maintain data build tool (dbt) models
- Design, develop, and own dashboards in Salesforce and Looker
- Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable data solutions
- Lead analytics initiatives from scoping through delivery
- Work directly with GTM executives to diagnose process bottlenecks
- Maintain clear documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business decisions within a Software as a Service (SaaS) or Go-To-Market (GTM) environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries
- experience building and maintaining data models using data build tool (dbt)
- proven ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- expertise with visualization tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau
- experience building executive-ready dashboards
- familiarity with revenue technology (revtech) software such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or 6sense
- strong foundation in statistics and probability concepts
- track record of managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and delivering measurable business impact
