Translate 1Password’s business and product strategy into an actionable roadmap
Drive the technical direction for platforms and services that enable developers to securely integrate 1Password into modern software
Collaborate with Product, Security, and Data/AI leaders to define and ship AI-powered features

Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
Deep understanding of modern cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and developer platforms
Familiarity with AI-enabled systems
Strong appreciation for security, privacy, and reliability
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from strategy through delivery in fast-moving environments
Demonstrated success partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
