About the role
- Lead the design and strategic vision of US, Netherlands, and Germany Benefits
- Analyze and monitor benefits and leave program costs
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of benefits, leaves, and accommodation programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits
- Oversee the integration of US benefits data across multiple systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 (10 preferable) years of experience in US benefits administration
- At least 2 years (5 preferable) in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven experience with designing global benefits packages
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively
- Experience in vendor relationship management and administering retirement plans
- Knowledge of global benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced scaling company
