About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct theoretical and practical trainings on installation, commissioning and fault diagnosis of heat pumps
- Train new partner companies directly on-site or at training facilities and prepare them for deployment
- Travel regularly across Germany to changing locations
- Ensure quality assurance on-site and verify correct implementation of training standards
- Report field observations back to the academy team so training content can be continuously improved
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in the SHK trades (sanitary/heating/HVAC) or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in installation and commissioning of heat pumps (air-to-water, brine/water, hybrid systems)
- Ability to structure knowledge and convey it clearly and understandably
- Experience in instructing or onboarding colleagues or partner companies is an advantage
- High willingness to travel across Germany and flexibility on site
- Strong communication skills, patience and enjoyment in passing on practical knowledge
- Enthusiasm for the energy transition and enjoyment working with tradespeople
