Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification — career starters are welcome
Initial experience in Business Development, consulting, sales, or a similar environment is an advantage, e.g., through internships or working-student positions
Interest in operational topics and willingness to understand and help shape processes
Motivated, proactive working style and team-player mindset
Strong communication skills when interacting with different stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
