About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You monitor and manage quality KPIs for our heat pump installations and systematically analyze the results
From the metrics you derive targeted measures to ensure and continuously improve installation quality over the long term
You collaborate closely with internal and external partners across the entire value chain – from the supply chain through on-site installation to service
You plan and oversee regular quality and compliance audits to ensure adherence to all standards
As a proactive interface, you align the expectations and interests of various stakeholders and ensure that quality-related decisions are consistently implemented

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a completed technical or scientific degree — e.g., in building and energy engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, physics, energy supply engineering, or building services engineering (TGA) — or completed vocational training in sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK); ideally you have also completed master craftsman (Meister) training
You bring practical work experience or solid technical expertise directly related to heat pump technology
You have a good understanding of modern heating and energy systems as well as the interfaces of building services
