Key responsibilities & impact

You conduct remote reviews and give final approval of acceptance reports for PV systems to ensure our high technical and safety standards.
You collect and structure relevant data from installations and acceptance checks to gain a clear picture of our performance.
You identify the most common sources of errors, analyze their root causes, and document your findings precisely.
Based on the documented errors, you develop clear learning content and training materials so our field teams improve every day.
You use your insights to actively improve processes, optimize workflows, and increase the efficiency of our installations.
You work closely with planning, installation, and maintenance teams to sustainably elevate overall quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are enrolled at a German university for at least two more semesters in a technical or engineering degree program (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering)
Ideal profile: You have a strong interest in the photovoltaics industry — initial practical experience in the PV sector makes you an outstanding candidate.
Analytical mindset: You enjoy analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and preparing complex technical issues in a clear and understandable way for others.
