Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic development and targeted leadership of our new Public Sector Growth unit for municipalities, state governments and federal institutions
Development of a structured go-to-market strategy for public building portfolios, state-owned properties and municipal real estate companies
Establishment and sustainable cultivation of professional relationships with political, administrative and institutional decision-makers in the public sector
Positioning 1KOMMA5° as a trusted partner for photovoltaics (PV), energy storage, energy management, on-site PPA and portfolio-scale roll-out models
Translating complex technical and economic solutions into political, budgetary and administrative decision-making logic

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of solid experience in the public sector, public affairs, government relations or comparable energy-sector consulting
Strong understanding of political decision-making processes, complex administrative structures, public procurement and traditional budgeting logic
Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with public institutions, administrations or political stakeholders
Confident presence in confidential discussions, technical workshops, roundtables and large public events
High self-motivation combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic clarity and initial experience in team or project leadership
