About the role

  • You analyze operational metrics and drive data-driven improvements in the installation business
  • You develop a deep understanding of our ongoing installation and site processes
  • You identify, measure, and prioritize optimization opportunities
  • You combine data from different sources and derive clear recommendations for action
  • You work closely with site supervisors, location managers, and central teams, building collaborative working relationships
  • You travel 1–2 times per month within Germany & Europe to understand processes on-site and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering/Business Administration with a strong focus on computer science & data
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Data, or a comparable field
  • Highly developed analytical skills and strong affinity for data
  • Ability to structure complex issues and communicate them clearly
  • Practical experience in trade/handiwork is a plus (e.g., electrician, HVAC/plumbing, or similar)
  • Fluent in German & English (C-level)
  • Spanish is an additional plus
